Renée Boulton Dunn, President & CEO

Ms. Dunn founded RB Dunn Consulting, LLC with the vision to translate her 25 years of corporate experience, into a value-added service that provides human resources and organizational effectiveness expertise to companies seeking strategic and practical solutions to building organizational capability.

After transitioning from an early career in the marketing function at The Procter & Gamble Company, she spent over 20 years in its world-renown Human Resources Organization. As HR Director of P&G’s Global Marketing, she provided HR leadership for the pioneering renewal and restructuring of P&G’s marketing function. Renée was also selected by the company’s Purchases officer to serve as an organization effectiveness coach and consultant to a select group of Procter & Gamble’s strategic minority suppliers, to aid in strengthening their organizational capabilities and performance.

Throughout her career, Renée has developed a reputation as a strategic HR leader, with a strong sense of integrity, and an outstanding ability for connecting with clients throughout the organization at all levels from top executives to hourly employees. She is applauded for her ability to develop integrated and holistic solutions to complex issues, and to make them come alive for the broader organization. Her expertise in human resources and organization effectiveness includes: executive coaching; team development & facilitation; strategic planning; staffing & succession planning; talent development systems; organization assessment, design & development; and minority supplier capability.

Ms. Dunn holds a Masters in Management from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, as well as a BS in Industrial Engineering (with a concentration in Organizational Behavior) from Northwestern University.

She currently serves as vice chair of the board for the Greater Cincinnati & Northern Kentucky African American Chamber of Commerce, and has served on the boards of The Cincinnati Business Incubator, Dress for Success, Seven Hills Neighborhood Houses, The Summit Country Day School, and The YWCA of Greater Cincinnati, which also honored her as a 2004 YWCA Career Woman of Achievement. Renée is also a graduate of the Leadership Cincinnati Program, and served on both its Steering and Youth Leadership committees.
